K.Jayapraksah Rao, Regional Public Relations Officer [RPRO], Defence Research & Development Establishment [DRDO], Bangalore, was conferred with 'The Hall of Fame' the highest professional award by the Public Relations Council of India [PRCI] during the National Public Relations Conference – Global PR Conclave 2011 at Chandigarh.
